What a great idea, Jack and Jill baths. This works for homes with children as there are two vanity/sink rooms. They share a shower in between. What we did here was to replace tub with a walk in shower. We then tiled the shower and continued same tile along the wainscot walls behind the toilet. Then each separate vanity area was redone with new cabinets, mirrors that match cabinets and Silestone counters. Storage was improved as well as lighting. The new floor looks like marble but is a porcelain tile.
